在圖書館閒逛時，看見書架上放了《Positively Pooh – Timeless Wisdom from Pooh》，伸手便取。每次看見維尼的樣子，總教栗把持不住。(按：栗不是喜歡維尼，而是喜歡那個像維尼的人。)

這本書借維尼和朋友的故事，闡述生活的智慧。每個對頁均有一句格言，配以相關的故事和淡雅的插圖，十分賞心悅目。以下選了十句自己喜歡的格言，與各位分享：

* Think about all the exciting things that are going to happen to-day (particularly on Monday mornings).

在不開心的日子，尤其要想一些開心的事情。

* You can have too much of a good thing.

凡事適可宜止。

* Avoid people who will make you miserable.

別跟那些令自己不開心的人在一起。

* A bad day can always improve.

山窮水盡疑無路，柳暗花明又一村。
